Backpack and School Supply Drive

Every summer, Family Resource Center provides backpacks full of school supplies for the upcoming school year to all of their school-aged children in foster care. This year, they need to put together 900 backpacks. Volunteers are needed to fill backpacks on July 21. Visit the link below for more information.

Here are other ways to get involved.

• Make a cash donation to FRC for the purchase of school supplies. All donations are needed and appreciated but $25 will cover a backpack and all supplies for one child.
• Contribute school supplies from the wish list on the website. 
• Host Your Own Backpack Drive at your workplace, church, or community organization.
• Email mchiu@frcflorida.org to let them know about your drive and schedule a day/time for drop off.

All supplies need to be dropped off no later than Friday, July 14th.
