American Integrity Insurance Company has earned a spot on the Tampa Bay Times’ list of best workplaces for the fifth time since the insurer’s 2007 inception.
In a statement, American Integrity announced it is part of the Top Workplaces in the Tampa Bay area, which was created in conjunction with research firm Workplace Dynamics. The awards are based on a confidential employee survey that measures employee engagement, corporate culture, company leadership, and vision, the statement says.
“Earning this award for the fifth time is an honor and a testament to the successful work environment we’ve strived so hard to achieve,” said American Integrity Insurance President and CEO Bob Ritchie.
“Every employee understands and fully supports our efforts to provide customers with comprehensive insurance products and superior service in the event of a loss. As the first major storm to make landfall in Florida in more than a decade, our company’s response to Hurricane Irma was a true example of this.”
Angie Quinn, American Integrity’s chief human resources officer, added that the company has experienced “exponential growth” since 2013 after introducing new products. This has led to acquiring nearly 100,000 more policyholders and more than doubling its workforce.
“What’s really great is that we have yet to scratch the surface of our potential, and that’s due in great part to our gifted workforce,” she said. “We’re committed to identifying talented individuals who embody our core values in order to best serve our agents and customers, and continue to make American Integrity an exceptional place to work.”
According to the statement, American Integrity employees enjoy traditional benefits like medical, dental and vision, long-term care plans and 100 percent employer-paid short-term and long-term disability. The company also provides a matching 401(k) plan with immediate eligibility and vesting as well as flexible scheduling, wellness activities, and a free membership to an on-site gym.
